February sees the beginning of the famous Carnival, which is the highlight of the year for both the locals and the tourists.
Travel information
By Car (from Las Palmas Airport to Club Vista Serena):
- Take the Gran Canaria 1 Sur motorway.
- Pass San Agustin and Playa del Ingles and take the exit for Maspalomas.
- After leaving the motorway, take the right fork for Mercado.
- With Mercado on the right, make a U-turn around by the car park on the left.
- Take a sharp right and continue to the next large roundabout and turn left.
- Take the next right turn and follow the road until you come to the sign for Club Vista Serena (this is the 4th street on the right).
By Plane:
The hotel is 30 km from the airport. Pick up can be arranged.
